How often should I come for a session?
Most clients visit monthly, but some come biweekly for a few months at the beginning of their journey. I encourage clients to understand their body's signals and trust their intuition about when to return. It's crucial not to postpone addressing these feelings; otherwise, we only provide temporary fixes rather than addressing the root issues.
Do I need to prepare for my session?
I recommend bringing a journal/notepad and water bottle with you to your appointment and anything else you may need to be most comfortable.
How will I feel afterward?
Everyone reacts to healings differently. Depending on your emotional state and any trauma or stress you're experiencing, you might 'purge' after your session. This is a good sign that toxins are leaving the body. Some clients experience fatigue symptoms, others feel energised and refreshed.
Are there aftercare recommendations?
The day surrounding your session I recommend getting deep rest, eating nourishing foods, and getting plenty of fluids. A magnesium salt bath (or foot soak) can greatly aid in detoxification post-session. Eat to prevent cold or flu; your body knows how to release what doesn’t serve you. You might feel sluggish, but supporting this process will lead to a better outcome.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change. However, due to the nature of our services, we require that you provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the deposit or no show fee will be retained.
Do you offer refunds?
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, your deposit will be refunded, minus any applicable administrative fees, or it may be applied to a future appointment.

What type of prints do you offer?

What materials are used for the prints?
All prints are printed with archival quality inks. Fine art giclée - printed on Canson Platine Fibre Rag (310gsm).
Are the prints framed or unframed?
All prints come unframed.
Can I request a custom size or artwork?
Each print option comes in a strict 3 size option.
Do you offer Afterpay on artworks?
Yes! Afterpay option will automatically show at checkout.
Where do you ship to?
I offer Australia wide free shipping and global flat rate fee of $85.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary shipping within Australia. For international orders, a flat shipping rate of $85 applies, which does not include insurance.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Shipping within Australia typically takes 7 to 10 business days, while international shipping generally requires around 15 business days.
How is the artwork packaged for shipping?
All prints are shipped in a mailing tube to ensure their protection.

What is your Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
I do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds for any purchased artwork, including prints or original pieces.
Damage During Shipping:
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at jarasegal@gmail.com with photos of the damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or alternative solution.
